What is P23 Ministry?

P23 Ministry exists to create spaces where Asian Christian women can encounter God deeply, be shaped in their faith and leadership, and journey alongside others in a shared life with God.

My time at P23 retreat was a gift from the Lord; it was a time to encounter God's extravagant love for me in an intimate way. It was a safe space for me to open up to the work of the Holy Spirit whether it be through a meal with fellow sisters, through an activity, and even in the silence of His presence. I am so grateful that I had a chance to participate in such a gift of time with the Lord and fellow sisters.

During this retreat, I was able to to sit and discover who God was to me in this season of my life; to hear His voice. I discovered that God wants to re-establish his Lordship in my life during this season because He loves me and I matter to Him. The P23 retreat is different from other church retreats. It's like going to a spiritual spa full of rest and restoration for your soul. It provided the space needed for me to slow down from the busyness of life. The retreat was truly led by the Holy Spirit which allowed me to have a such a memorable time of deep connection with the Lord.

Common Questions

Who can attend the retreats?

Currently, our retreats are specifically offered as a cohort to Asian women serving in full-time Christian ministry, including female pastors, pastors' wives, parachurch workers, and missionaries.

How much does the cohort retreat cost to attend?

These retreats for women in ministry require only a $150 deposit to reserve a place in the five-month cohort. This is the only cost to participants, as the remaining retreat expenses are generously covered by our supporters. The deposit will be collected after acceptance into the cohort.

Financial assistance is available for those who need it. Please indicate your request for assistance in your application.

What other programs do you offer?

We currently offer follow-up spaces for past participants to support their ongoing journey of leadership and faith. As availability allows, we also offer one-on-one shepherding spaces, intentional times to listen, discern, and hold your story with care.

Looking ahead, it is our vision to create additional spaces for leaders across various spheres of society to connect and be formed through biblically grounded models of leadership. Please check back for updates as these offerings become available.
